(3)侧门槛拼接缝处的强度 对接面的侧门槛需要长期承受货物堆放和小车运输产生的压力,因此,必须在考虑Z大承载力的情况下提高侧门槛强度。侧门槛仅靠自身强度来支撑,若单纯增大侧门槛横截面积或采用高强度材质来加强侧门槛强度,则会降低库内高度,并且增加材料成本;因此,在侧门槛下方设置支撑点,通过多点支撑降低单根侧门槛的强度,同时避免因弹性变形而造成的冷媒泄漏。

组合式集装箱冷库存在对接面的密封断热问题。除采用胶条隔断方式外,还须采用填缝剂填塞夹缝来减少库内与库外的热交换。若对接面全采用填缝剂密封断热,则当需要移动冷库位置时,填缝剂的黏结面不易分开;因此,在对对接面进行密封断热处理时,先用胶条填塞一部分对接面,再用填缝剂填塞胶条两侧夹缝,从而减小黏结面,使黏结面易于拆开和清理,便于胶条的二次安装和填缝剂的再次使用。
